GARLIC PARMIGIANO BAVARIAN PRETZEL BREADSTICKS

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmigiano cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 6 Bavarian Soft Pretzel Breadsticks
  • 1 cup store bought tomato sauce, warmed

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the melted butter to a medium bowl. Stir in the garlic powder, parsley flakes, dried oregano, and ¼ cup of grated parmigiano.
  • Lay the pretzel breadsticks on the prepared sheet tray. Generously brush each breadstick with the butter mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven, garnish with more grated parmigiano and serve with warm tomato sauce for dipping.
