PULL APART BAVARIAN PRETZEL BITES

Ingredients

  • Butter, for greasing
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 cup yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • SuperPretzel Bavarian Soft Pretzel Bites
  • Chives, sliced, for garnish
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease an 8-9” cast iron skillet with butter.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, honey, sriracha, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cheese dip to the prepared skillet. Create a border around the skillet with the pretzel bites leaving the cheese exposed in the center. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is warm and bubbly and the pretzels become golden and warmed. Garnish with chives and serve.
