JUMBO BAVARIAN TWIST with hot crab and artichoke dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 Jumbo Bavarian Twist
  • 2 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 TB Chopped Scallions
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts, Finely Chopped
  • 4 oz Lump Crab Meat, Drained, Squeeze Dry
  • 3/4 cup

Preparation:

  • Whisk together cream cheese, mayo, scallions, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire, tabasco and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Fold in artichokes, crab and mozzarella.
  • Place it in ramekin or oven proof dish.

  • Pick up in microwave or oven.
  • Serve warm with warm Jumbo Bavarian Twists.
