MANGONADA WITH SPICY SWEET CHURROS

Ingredients:

  • 1 Mangonada
  • 1 Churros
  • 2 TB Tajin
  • 2 TB Sugar
  • 2 oz Chamoy

Preparation:

    • Prepare Mangonada by putting frozen mangos, lime juice, mango nectar and ice, blend until smooth.
    • Place in glass rimmed with Tajin.
    • Drizzle in chamoy.
    • Cook churros according to directions and toss in tajin and sugar.
    • Place churros in Mangonada.
