GOCHUJANG FRIED CHICKEN KIMCHEE SANDWICH

Ingredients:

  • 1 Giant Pretzel Roll
  • 1 Breaded Chicken Breast
  • 2 oz Gochujang Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Kim Chee
  • 2 Pickles
  • 1 oz Kewpie Mayo

Preparation:

  • Fry chicken for 7 minutes, remove from fryer and toss in Gochujang sauce.
  • Griddle pretzel roll for 1 minute to warm.
  • Place chicken on pretzel roll and top with kim chee and pickles.
  • Spread kewpie mayo on top half of bun and close sandwich.
