Cocoa Balsamic Churro with Wild Berries and Mascarpone

Ingredients (yields 1 serving)

  • 1 10″ Churro (Item #3321)
  • 1/2 cup Wild Berry Mix
  • 1 Tsp. Orange Blossom Honey
  • 1 Tbs. Mascarpone Cheese
  • 2 Tbs. Fig Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 Tsp. Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder


Fry the churro per directions. In the meantime, place the berries in a bowl with the honey and microwave for 1.5 minutes. in a small bowl mix the balsamic glaze with the cocoa powder until full incorporated. Cut the Churro into 6 equal pieces


Place the Mascarpone in the center, arrange the berries around the cheese, arrange the churros standing around the berries, drizzle the cocoa balsamic over each piece of churro and serve.

Optional: Garnish is candied orange pieces
